The Mercabarna Multi-purpose Hall was opened in 1983.
It brings together a whole range of companies devoted to the sale of prepared and semi-prepared products such as frozen foods, preserves, milk products, drinks, wines, eggs, cheeses, salt fish, spices, cured meats and pastries.
These products complete the Central Market purchases for retailers and restaurateurs.
